This case study was my first experience in UX and explores my redesign of the Air Lingus website, where I focused on enhancing user experience through a more intuitive and user-friendly interface. Throughout the process, I learned the importance of aligning design with user needs, streamlining navigation, and creating clear calls to action. By conducting user research and testing, I gained valuable insights into how small design changes can have a significant impact on usability and overall satisfaction. This project allowed me to apply user-centered design principles and refine my skills in creating seamless digital experiences.
